SUMMER ROWING...............Registration forms for our Summer Program will be available to fill out and print from our website tomorrow!!  www.highschoolrowing.org   The dates for Summer 2007 are June 11th to July 15th.  Do all five weeks or just one week or two........your choice.  See the registration forms for specific information.
 
THIS FRIDAY WE WILL HAVE A TEAM DINNER FOR ALL DUBLIN CREW ATHLETES AND COACHES (parents are free to go to dinner!!)  You must go to boatunloading first, then report to the hotel for Team Dinner and movies and Team meetings..............

 INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS FOR THIS WEEKEND'S REGATTA CAN BE FOUND AT WWW.REGATTACENTRAL.COM.........         REMEMBER, THIS IS A TWO DAY REGATTA.  ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL STAY UNTIL THE LAST DUBLIN CREW BOAT IS OFF THE WATER AND THE BOAT TRAILER IS LOADED ON SUNDAY............. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT TIME THAT WILL BE UNTIL WE KNOW WHICH BOATS QUALIFY FOR THE FINALS.............SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR SCHEDULE FLEXIBLE!!  PARENTS, IF YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, THEN PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR ROWER TO RIDE BACK WITH ANOTHER FAMILY.  THANK YOU!

PLEASE GO TO THE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE BANQUET RESERVATION FORM!!  MAIL FORM AND CHECK TO JANINE DUCKWORTH!!  NO CHECK, NO RESERVATION.......AND YES YOU MAY USE YOUR KROGER CREDITS TO PAY FOR YOUR BANQUET TICKET!  Your form + your check + any Kroger credits(if you have them)=your reservation!
 
MAX AND ERMA'S NIGHT IS MAY 15TH!!   PLAN TO GO TO LUNCH, PLAN TO GO TO DINNER.......TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY,........TAKE YOUR FRIENDS.............BRING THE 20% DUBLIN CREW CREDIT TICKET TO TURN IN WITH YOUR BILL......

 

There will be a blood drive to support the troops. The Drive will be held 9am-9pm Sunday 20May07 at The Newman Center OSU 64 W Lane Ave (about halfway between Neil Ave and High St on the north side of Lane) Columbus , Oh 43201
If you are interested call 436-4596 to make an appointment, walk-ins will be accepted. All donations will be sent overseas to our troops in need.

We will be holding our annual election of officers at our end of year Banquet, which will be at The Country Club at Muirfield 6:30pm, on June 6th. We are now taking nominations/sign-ups for the following slate of Officers:
President(John Duckworth, current President plans to run again)
1st Vice President(Helen Davis, current 1st Vice President plans to run again)
2nd Vice President____________________________
Treasurer (Dave Richards, current Treasurer plans to run again)
Secretary___________________________
Please contact Dana Parrish with a brief bio and indicate which position you would like to run for!
 
TEAM PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN AT PRACTICE ON MONDAY MAY 7TH........PLEASE WEAR YOUR UNIFORM AND BRING YOUR PICTURE ORDER FORM AND PAYMENT, (which was handed out at practice this week!)
 
BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND/OR CREW ROOM RESERVATIONS FOR FRIDAY NIGHT MAY 18TH AND SATURDAY NIGHT MAY 19TH AT THE HAMPTON INN EASTGATE!!..........download the crew room reservation form and get it in now!!
 
Remember that the whole team stays until the last Dublin Crew boat is off the water on Sunday May 20th........which typically is about 3pm on Sunday.........it takes the whole team to load the boat trailer and load the food trailer!!  Thank you!
 
MAY 15TH IS OUR NEXT MAX AND ERMA'S DAY........plan to go to lunch, or take the family to dinner at Max and Erma's that date!!
