Returning Members - Pay Dublin Crew Spring Fees by due date...
Returning members to Dublin Crew with on-time payments, pay below either in one lump sum or in 3 installments at 2 week intervals via our new, secure PayPal system.
Use this option to pay Crew fees by due date: Spring Crew 2010 - Due date =19-Feb-10 - Late fees will be assessed beginning 26-Feb-10
Pay to a PayPal plan to break your total due into 3 installments of $183.34 - sorry, we're making a profit of an additional 2 cents in the deal (a small price to pay for this added convenience). Pay the first installlment by the due date, and then schedule the next two payments of $183.34 each to be paid automatically in 2 weeks. Please note that cancelled or refused transactions will incur additional late fees and penalties, as with any dishonored check.
Returning Members - LATE Payments - We will assess late fees of $50 beginning 26-Feb-2010!
Those individuals who are paying Crew fees late have two options - pay in full in one lump sum or break into 3 installments to be paid at 2 week intervals. PayPal will automatically schedule the payments upon execution in a subscription-like arrangement that will terminate after 3 cycles.
Fees paid after the due date now incur a $50 penalty making the total due $600. In dividing the payment into three installments of $200.00 each. Please note that cancelled or refused transactions will incur additional late fees and penalties, as with any dishonored check.
New Crew Members Only - Pay your initial deposit or balance due ...
New members to Dublin Crew pay an initial $50 deposit with their registration forms to secure their place.
After parents and the new member are sure about moving forward, the balance must be paid with 2 options:
- Pay balance of $500 in full as directed
- Pay balance of $475 in two equal installments of $237.50 with the second payment scheduled automatically in 2 weeks.
New Crew Members normally pay a $50 deposit to secure their place. If you have already paid this deposit, then pay the balance of your fees in full with this option. If you prefer splitting this into two equal installments paid 2 weeks apart, go to the next panel.
This option is for NEW Crew members who have already paid their $50 deposit and have a remaining balance due of $500. You may pay the balance due in two automatic payments of $250.00. Your second payment will automatically occur in 2 weeks from the first payment date.
Pay for Merchandise or other Misc. items...
While you cannot purchase items online in a store-like setting, you can pay for your Merchandise purchases via PayPal. We realize that some families participating in the Kroger Fundraising may have accrued Kroger Credits to pay for all or part of their purchases.

- If you are paying for 100% of your order via PayPal - please enter "gear", "rowing fees", "banquet" etc in the "What's this for?" blank and proceed.
- If you are paying for part of your order via PayPal and the balance with Kroger credits, please add Kroger to the above description.
- If possible, during the transaction - please provide the actual amount of the Kroger Credit being applied in the comment field allowed (40 characters max).
- Be sure to mail your completed Kroger Credit Voucher Form along with your Merchandise Order Form. Please read the document on the Kroger Rewards Program as things have changed recently, and you must now download the Kroger Scan for Dublin Crew [pdf] when you shop to get credit. Addres your questions to our Kroger Rewards Coordinator, Kim Shilling, at CrewKrogerFunds@dublincrew.org.
- We'll remind you again of the process and give you an opportunity to download the forms and record the mailing address with the Success Page following your purchase.
Pay Winter Conditioning Fees...
Registration is limited to the first 30 rowers on a first-come/first-serve basis. As some may send in checks versus processing an online-payment via our PayPal system, we may end up with more rowers than spots available - even after a payment has been processed. In this event, we will accept those rowers who have their Registration Forms and their Payment in on a first-come basis. Contact us with questions.
Fees are $220. Make sure you have downloaded your Registration Form and mail it right away!
